Application
This sterilizing equipment, coming in the form of double-deck water immersion retort, is mainly used for the high temperature sterilization of products packaged with composite film, ligature casing, three-piece can, pop-top can, glass bottle, plastic bag, plastic box, etc. It is especially suitable for sterilizing packaged materials which are stacked irregularly in high density or can suspend in water. Materials require HTST sterilization can also be treated with this sterilizing equipment.

Features of the Sterilizing Equipment
1. Our water immersion sterilizer adopts double-tank hot water circulation principle to achieve HTST sterilization. The water in the hot water tank will be heated to the desired sterilization temperature in advance, therefore, it helps shorten sterilization time and enhance working efficiency.

2. This sterilizing equipment is equipped with a full-automatic control system. The whole sterilization process is automatically controlled by a PLC system with a touch screen. The sterilization parameters can be clearly displayed on the screen of the PLC system in diagrams.

3. Our sterilizing machine can shift between single sterilization process and multi-stage sterilization process through the adjustment of analog sensor and automatic valve. The multi-stage heating sterilization mode more effectively helps keep the original color, taste and smell of the sterilized foods.

4. The working pressure and temperature of our sterilizing equipment can be displayed in digital form. The sterilization pressure accuracy is up to ±0.3°C.

5. When the sterilization equipment is used as a food sterilizer, the sterilization pressure and temperature for different foods can be made into a program and stored in the computer for calling when necessary. The computer is able to save 100 sterilization formulas in total.
